One of the best parts of being a Kappa Delta are the amazing social events that you are constantly able to partake in with your sisters.
We at Kappa Delta take pride in the fact that our calenders are always full with socials. You will find you will always be busy with various activities such as formals, mixers with both Rollins and UCF fraternities, and sisterhood events. We also have Father/Daughter and Mother/Daughter weekends every year.
Sisterhood events are very important to us. You can always find our sisters together laying out at the pool, attending social events, watching movies, or shopping or out dinner somewhere down Park Ave.
Every year, Kappa Delta hosts four main social events: 2 semi formals and 2 formals.
Our semis are KiDnapped in the fall and Crush in the spring. Both are anticipated as much as our formals because they offer an element of surprise for the sisters and their dates. For KiDnapped only the social chair knows where the venue is and our sisters and dates are transported there to dance the night away. Our Crush party allows each girl to invite three of their "crushes". Crush takes place in the month of February, just in time for Valentine's Day which makes everyone even more excited. Both events as well as our formals are looked forward to not only by our sisters but the rest of the Rollins community.
